By default, the Fanvil X5 phone displays time in 24 hour format (23:49:33). Using the phone's web interface, it's possible to change the display to 12 hour format (11:49:33 pm). But, there's no setting in the 3CX v14 GUI to select the hour format. Fortunately, it's possible to create a custom phone template file to push down a desired setting to a phone (please check the 3CX manual for details on customizing a phone template).
Briefly, copy the existing 3CX Fanvil X5 template file to create a custom template and add the line below to the file. Then, in the 3CX Extensions setting, Phone Provisioning, Model, select the custom template.
