Hello,
I am revisiting this again to see if there's a fresh pair of eyes that may have seen this before...
I have a customer I set 3CX up for, four Fanvil X5 phones via SBC, that has told me that on more than one ocassion they have lost SIP registration, a call may have been dropped, and earlier today when contacting them, the call quality was choppy. The PBX is on AWS Lightsail. I'm trying to determine if network connectivity is being lost because of an issue on the PBX, or the SBC on local network...whats the best way I can determine this?
Since I posted this, one thing that I realized recently, is that the SBC had the wrong timezone set...I read on another post about the time needing to be correct for this to not happen?
Sorry for the repeat post.
Thanks.
