Just had a question. When calling internally to a ring group is it possible to have the ring group name displayed like the external calls? I have went to parameters ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP to 1 but that doesn't seem to affect the internal callers.

For IP Phones it will display the caller's extension because IP Phones will match the caller with contacts in their contact list.
Since all IP Phones download their contact list from the PBX that contact list contains all extensions in it.
For web client and mobile app, it will display the caller's extension, name, and the name of the ring group to which the callee belongs to.
For the mobile client you will need to have the following option enabled in the management console: advanced>>contacts>>options>>Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID.
The "ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP" is not related to this, and it may also cause unpredictable behaviors and should stay at its default value.

That parameter is unsupported and is known to cause erratic behavior, it's best to revert the change you made.
We do not recommend using it, and it is not going to achieve what you wanted anyway.

If you go to Contacts > Options you will see there is a choice to prepend the Ring Group name.
This is actually how external calls get forwarded to your phone:

The same thing applies to internal calls too, the information is included when we send the call


However, in the above example the caller 203 already exists in my device's phonebook so it matched and takes priority.

Basically, that is why you do not see the Ring Group name and the only way to change this is to either remove your extensions from the phonebook (can be done via 3CX) or modify the phone behavior (requires unsupported modifications).

If members of a ring group are on an internal/external call then that member will not receive calls to the ring group. Do you know of another way for ring group members to receive calls from the ring group when members are on the phone?

Nope, this is the expected behavior for Ring Groups and Queues - you will not be polled for another call in case you are already busy with an existing call.
