AWS 3CX and local SBC, standard 3CX templates

I have several phones in the system 2 are X6U.
I have 46 BLF positions set for the problem phone.
Button 5 on the phone is blank, and all the other BLF buttons are shifted down 1.
Also, nothing is showing after position 30.
The other X6U is working fine.
I don't know if this is a corrupted template configuration or something else.
I factory reset the phone, which has current 3CX firmware.
Re-provisioned the phone, and no change, except the 3CX LOGO is missing.
The LOGO did show during re-booting
