I find that when I enter a phone number, there is no audio feedback that I actually touched the key, so I have to stare at the screen to see that I actually pressed the key. Is there anyway to make the number keys give a click or tone sound when you touch them?
My old Yealink did....
18.0 (Build 314), latest software on everything as far as I can tell...Phone is 2.14.12. I think the X5Ss we have also don't have any keyboard feedback tones.

I have tried to search, but just can't seem to figure out the right search terms on the web and did not see anything in the phone manual

Thanks in advance if you have any kind of ideas.

Hi Mark,

The phone will play key tones if you lift the handset or if you hit the speaker button before dialling.

Not sure if this can be done on that specific model, the tone settings on the UI do not appear to have an option for this.

John, thanks for looking. I was not sure if I missed it.
Problem is when I misdial....or miss a number. its all good....just learning the new interface.

Cheers,
Mark
