Fanvil X7 not being recognised

I have plugged a Fanvil X7 phone into the network. It is not being recognised within the Local LAN by 3CX. The client is currently running Verison 15.5.15502.

I have also noticed that if I try to add it manually, the Fanvil X7 is not listed as a phone on the list of devices despite it being shown as compatible on the 3CX comparability list.

Anyone got any thoughts?

You need to upgrade to ver 16.0 sp2

Phones where not supported until ver 16.0 sp1

i wondered if that might've been the case :-(

We have been holding off upgrading for one reason, but this will probably mean they'll be forced to upgrade.
