Fanvil X7A cuts of leading + (Plus)

Hi,

we set up brand new FANVIL X7A with newest v18 in a new customer project.
They cut of the the + (plus sign) when dialing out. Then the outbound rule for 1-9 ist beeing used and it prepends the area code, which leads to broken dial plan.
This ist especially very frustrating for redial and dial from the call history.

The customer has FANVIL X7C, too, which don´t show this behaviour. How can we get this to work?

I can also replicate the behavior of this phone like you described when using the current firmware.

This is expected to be fixed with the next firmware upgrade that is planned before the end of this year.
