Fanvil X7A which headset (DECT)??

Hello everyone, we previously had an Agfeo telephone system, where a Jabra 920 DECT headset was connected directly to the system telephone using a dhsg cable.

we are now using a 3 CX system and are now looking for a suitable headset again.
we had connected the Jabra 920 to the X7A using an EHS cable. Unfortunately, we had the following disadvantage: accepting the call by pressing a button on the headset was delayed (1-2 seconds) and often didn't really work.
An incoming call was then no longer signaled on the headset (by "knocking").

For testing, we connected an evolve 65 (Bluetooth), which unfortunately does not have the range of the Jabra 920 DECT

can anyone recommend a DECT headset which works just like the Jabra 920 on the Agfeo system?

Hi,

It might be a good idea to check the manufacturer's documentation on this, as we don't generally provide support for IP Phone peripherals. I think they do maintain a list of compatible headsets.

By the way did you know you can connect headsets directly to the 3CX app? No IP Phone required!
