Fanvil X7C firmware update problem

I've a problem with new X7C. The phone is with 2.0.2 firmware. I download the 2.2.11 but every time i try to update i got a fail. Anyone can help me?

Hi @ophidio

Please try the follow and let us know how it goes:

1. Factory reset the phone
2. Reprovision it as per our guide here: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/fanvil-x3-x5/
3. Once the above is complete, try now to upgrade the firmware again

Thanks, but the phone is broken i'm waiting for change.
