We've set up a new instance of 3cx and have it in a state where all our IP phones are able to place and receive calls, so this is working as intended. However, whenever we try to place a call to a fax line, either with our IP phones or with our fax software (RightFax by OpenText) it appears that the call is cut of nearly instantly. I have run wireshark captures from the fax server as well as off 3cx. I have attached screenshots of the call flow, as seen from the fax server, as well as a look at that v29-7200 training packet that indicates some sort of error.
A note on our setup - we're using a Patton 4171 for SIP-PRI, and it is on the same subnet as the 3cx server with the default configuration provided by 3cx setup. As stated, IP phone calling is functioning. The extension being used by Rightfax (89000) is set up as an IP phone extension rather than a fax extension, as this was the only way I've been able to get the software to authenticate through 3cx - previously when I had it set as a fax extension, the invite would be rejected with a (404) User Unknown.
