Fax extensions being unregistered by themselves

Hi to all,

We are using Faxbolt Faxskape and after the update the PBX of 3cx the fax extensions being unregistered by themselves. I tried to stop the fax services from our server and started all again. This that I have done fix the problem but after few minutes the fax extensions being unregistered again. Any opinions ????
