Fax / Music issue.

Latest public release version of 3CX.

VoIP provider uses Broadsoft/Broadworks.

We have issue where callers don't get any music on hold during attended transfers.
I can fix this by setting VoIP Provider to PBX Supplies Audio.

However this breaks inbound faxing.
(Fax answers then hangs up after about 15 seconds).

Anyone got any ideas? I can post logs but unsure if they will show much. Hoping this is some sort of known issue.
I am hoping version 9 will fix it.

From my experience, voip providers work better with PBX Delivers Audio turned on.

My recommendation would be see if your voip provider can issue you a second set of credentials and setup a separate voip provider entry in 3cx specifically for the inbound/outbound faxing. I've had good success with that.
