Solved Fax number going to Blast

I have setup another did number for the fax setup inbound rule to go to 880 but rings on all phones in blast group

Same behavior if you dial 880 from a phone on the PBX?
I am guessing NO.
This means the inbound routing is not recognizing the phone number likely.

check the activity log and see what number is being passed to 3CX.

You may have to adjust the DDI settings to include an asterisk i.e. *123456

I tested calling 880 from phone PBX it does go to the fax machine . Tried putting * before the number on the DDI still getting same results.

Calling fax from the 2146090 number picking it up on extension 500 which is on blast .

Would a secondary trunk fix this for the fax line.

Found that issue i was using the full number to DDI when using *last 6 worked great. Thank you for all your help new to 3cx fun figuring it all out.

Glad you go it. As you can see in the log you attached - there is minimal information to diagnose... so be sure to adjust your logging level for diagnostics.
