Fax - separate fax folder for each extension

Hello,

We need to provide our clients with a solution for the following problem:
1. Customers send a fax to the client
2. The client needs to see the fax in a system that can read TIFF only

The solution issues:
1. We have 2 different extensions, in order to show the fax in the program in separate folders, they must be in separate folders in the server - is that possible?
- The best solution we thought of so far, requires the extension number in the TIFF file name, can it be changed?
Then we can write a script to copy the TIFF to the correct folder

2. Is there any way to send the TIFF to mail ? not PDF

I am afraid that the non of the FAX options are configurable as they are hard-coded in the system. Perhaps another user has implemented something similar and can assist. I would recommend posting this as a feature request to our ideas section of the forum https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ . All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update.
