Fax Server

We have a new install on Debian where emails are being sent out fine for voicemail, welcome email, etc., but incoming faxes sent to the internal fax server never get sent out.
Pulling up the 3CXSystemService.log file, I get examples like this:
2023/07/24 12:56:40.236|1616|0016|Erro|Can't open input file /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Fax/Faxes/ToSend/fax_1686849440_no59.tif for reading
2023/07/24 12:56:40.236|1616|0016|Erro|Cannot convert tif to pdf
2023/07/24 12:56:40.237|1616|0016|Erro|Not processed files will be moved to 'Failed' folder.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hello @JimTaylor may I know what voip provider are you using to receive the fax?

Sure, we're using Lumen. We have other clients sharing/using the same service without issue.

Hi Jim, if you are using a supported voip provider, please open a support ticket with us since It will be needed to check and analyze the T.38 signaling when receiving the fax.

Further instructions about how to gather the logs will be shared on the ticket.
