Fax Service Help

Hi guys.

I have looked around for information on the fax service in 3cx but cannot find much.

I have been running 3cx free for a month or so now with no hassle, and wanted to start integrating our faxes into the system so i went ahead and paid for the full version.

I have a SIP trunk to make and receive calls with our 3CX server being local. No PSTN gateway. how do i go about using the fax service?

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

if you juste VOIP line it's not the same process.

you must use fax provider (fax to mail and mail to fax). if not buy a gateway and use your pstn line.
