FAX T38 Question

I’m looking at your T38 Fax? Web page. You show a t38 compatible Fax Machine on the page. I have looked around quite a bite and have found no fax machines that say they are t38 compatible. Could you give me a couple models that are t38 compatible please.

Please note that Fax machines need to be connected to the PBX through a T38 capable gateway and your provider must support T38. As 3CX we do not have supported fax machines but we do have supported T38 capable gateways

Many (most?) current ATAs support T38, (check the specs), even if they are not officially supported by 3CX. You may have to configure manually.

Also, keep in mind that most view T38 as an unreliable protocol for sending or receiving FAX over SIP trunks. The only reliable FAX approach is over POTS or PRI. There are, however, some solutions that send fax over HTTPS. That may be a better place to focus your efforts.
