Fax timing out

Having issues with faxing.

I can watch faxes come into the system and they are answered by the fax server, however they seem to time out after 2 1/2 minutes.
I have a valid email address in the fax server settings and target the inbound number to the 888 (fax extension).

Is there anything else I should be looking at. I have tried inbound faxing to two different carries (Telnyx and a Generic Sip Truck Provider).

Do you hear a regular fax tone once you dial the fax-server assigned DID? If not, checkmark the "Enable G.711 to T.38 Fallback [BETA]" setting box within the fax-server settings and dial it again and see what happens.
