For some reason, my "Call History" service was not started... I started it and it pushed through voicemails that had been left all day which were not coming to my users inboxes. It did not push the fax emails through though (not sure if they're related, but when I started the service, a test fax I was trying to send came through--possibly coincidental)...
Anyway, I've set the recovery option in windows to restart the service over and over, so I believe the issue is fixed/patched. My question is, where is there a record of the faxes and can I re-queue them for delivery to my users inboxes? I know my way around IIS, but am pretty sure these messages are being stored via postgres database.
Any help would be awesome. Thanks!
