What is everyone using for E-Fax? I had Questblue set up and now it seems that it's not an option to add anymore.
Also I don't know if anyone has been able to figure out sending and receiving E-FAX through 3cx?

3CX only supports receiving faxes and send them to emails. Otherwise, you need to use an ATA with a fax machine.

However, there are other platforms. We use Documo and it works great for us.
