I'm getting the following error anytime someone tries to call an extension of a user that has the 3CX android app. I'm seeing this error in the event log on the dashboard.
"Failed to send FCM PUSH to device Google Pixel 5(Ext.224). Internal exception occured: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception"
This particular example is my extension. Firewall test passes without issue. I've even tried opening up the 3CX completely through the fireall (All INBOUND ports fully open \ DMZ). We upgraded to v18 this past weekend hoping to fix this issue as we saw that v18 was supposed to work better for the Android client but alas it's still broken. Turning on "Keep Active" seems to work but kills the battery of the phone very quickly. Some users are also complaining that it doesn't persist and that some time after enabling the function they begin to miss calls again because there is no notification on their android phone.
