Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if the following would be possible, or possible to put on the road map in any way?
We have a client that wants to user a few IVR's in a row to get users to the proper people.
And because they have multiple companies being serviced by the same people/ callcenter, they want an easy wat to know who's calling and how they should respond.
When a call is received the DDI is appended/prepended to the callerID, but IVR choices are not, but since they all go to similar people, they don't have the necessary information to answer the call.
A solution to this issue would be to create a different Queue for all the choices made.
=>"DDI Number:language: Department:callerID"
The issue with this is that they don't want 20+ queue's in their callcenter.

What we were thinking is, if we were able to add to the caller ID a parameter what was selected as the IVR, this would solve this issue.
An other way of doing this would be to add a dummy Ring Group at the end with all possible choices, but that would needlessly make it complex and would require the creation of 20+ dummy Ring Groups.

Any feedback or different solutions would be great.

P.S. We are using hosted by 3CX, so only "vanilla" or workarounds are able to work.

You can not use the Call Flow Designer (CFD) with the 3CX hosted platform, so you are out of luck. This cannot be done.

Yeah, pulled the trigger and created 3 dummy extensions and 24 dummy ringgroups...

Even after adding all these ring groups, it doesn't seem to work.
Any other way this is possible?

Have you enabled the Append/Prepend DDI/RG/Q Name feature?

Append is enabled by default on hosted.
The only difference now that instead of IVR1 -> IVR2 -> IVR3 -> Q
It's IVR1 -> IVR2 -> IVR3 -> DummyRG -> Q
DummyRG has a single non-registered user and will forward automatically to the proper Q

EDIT:
what we see in example 1 above is DDI: Q name : Called number
What we see in example 2 is DDI : Q name: Called number
What we want to achieve is DDI:RG name: Qname: Called Number.
If this is not the case, we would have to create 24+ Call Queue's.
This would be a nightmare to maintain.
