Feature Request: Add SalesPad to the list of supported CRMs

Pretty simple. SalesPad is another big CRM player especially for those using Microsoft Dynamics GP as their ERP. It would be wonderful if there was a way to get this working with 3CX as the other CRMs are.

Thanks Ernesto. We are looking at moving to SalesPad in the future and the 3CX integration was the one thing lacking. I will keep this in mind when the time comes. Thanks
