Feature unavailable on current edition

Hello 3CX Forums! First post here. So I am on the basic plan for my company LM Goodies and it includes IVR but my queues suddenly out of the blue when I preformed an update deleated all of the users from the queue and when I add them back and click save, it says feature unavailanle on current edition. Please help! Thanks

Basic meaning the free version? That doesn’t include queues. Looks like that is in what they now call the SMB version: https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/

If you created it a couple of months ago it could be a trial expired. At one point I believe all StartUP accounts were created as StartUP Pro initially.

@LMGoodiesOfficial Hello.
Indeed when using 3CX Startup free, you will not have the option for the queues, and only ring groups will be there. As mentioned from a colleague above, when you created the account and received the trial key, it had a PRO features in there too.
If you wish, you could upgrade to the Startup PRO and have a Queues feature too.
