Features Request call unique ID

Hi there,

I need a way to insert the unique ID of each calls in the file /var/log/asterisk/full
I need this unique ID to stay the same from first Answer() to the Hangup(), through the different call pickup or attended transfert...

Is it something that exists ? If not, i will be interested in some tips
