Hi everyone,

I just learn that we should have one server per Fidelio (PMS) integration. We have only one serveur and serveral hotels from the same owner which are connected via VPN but in different network. Is there not a way to use only one 3cx server for all the hotels?

No, a single 3CX instance will only connect to 1 PMS. If you need this, you might want to create a proxy to act as a hub. This is, on one side it would connect to a single 3CX instance, and on the other hand it would connect to all your PMS systems. You would need to implement the Fidelio protocol on both sides, and manage all the messages. It's not simple, but possible.

is there any documentation for that?

No, the solution @edossantos_sipcaller suggests is completely independent of 3CX. If anyone can assist with such a solution, it would be Fidelio themselves. They might already have a solution similar to what Ernesto is describing. Do some research on Google; you're surely not the only one in this situation.

Ok, my partner is Oracle. I will ask them

As this is not a supported scenario, we do not have any documentation on this. This would be solely on you to test the implementation.

Hi Nic, reference to the PMS integration, is there a plan to have a montoring agent in 3CX to send an alert when/if communication between 3CX and the PMS IP address is down? Since currently the only alert would be if the 3CX Hotel Service is down; if there's a routing or firewall issue, this can go un-noticed. Thanks!
