File Management: what is the default path?

I don't undertand what is the path that the File management componete use. I'll try to read a file from a specific path (ex. C:\test\test.txt') but I don't see any process reading that file.

In case of package distribution where I must put the file to include it directly during the deploy of the package on the 3CX server without VAD?

The default location is the deployment folder:

%ProgramData%\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\ivr\YOUR_PROJECT_NAME_AND_BUILD_NUMBER

After deploying your project, you have to manually copy your file into the deployment folder. If you want to put it outside the deployment folder, you can, but you have to specify the file name relative to the deployment folder. For example, if you want to put your file at:

%ProgramData%\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\ivr\DataFolder

You need to set the FileName property to:

..\DataFolder
