Ah, good point Ernesto.
If you track the information yourself, I guess you could get when the call is placed on hold. I didn't realize "Hold" was a status we could capture in the event process. Naturally, that assumes that you are using 3CX Phone for Windows.
Frankly, I'm a little concerned about how long 3CX Phone for Windows will be around given that 3CX has, or will with V16, include most of (if not all) the features of 3CX Phone in the web client. I know the current message from 3CX is that 3CX Phone for Windows will continue to be supported, but with no plans to continue to enhance the product, regardless of what the current public policy is, I have a sense that 3CX Phone for Windows' days are numbered. So my next question is... will we have a webclient API we can use in the future? I know we have the XML integration option, but I don't see how this can replace the functionality we have in the current 3CX Phone for Windows API. Further, (at the risk of expending the scope of this forum question) it would be awesome if we could add menu options, tabs, etc to the webclient interface. For example, I would love to add SMS texting to the webclient....
Sorry Roberto for expanding the scope of your question.
