Firewall all green, but getting a STUN ERROR

Error from activity log is :

[CM506004]: STUN request to STUN server 54.39.179.240:3478 has timed out; used Transport: 0.0.0.0:5060/UDP fk=0 tgt=

Inbound calls working fine. I have been fussing with this issue for a bit and its time to reach out for help
