firewall blocking audio sound problem

Hello there
We have 5 factories. each factory has about 60 employees. Individuals in factory A can talk among themselves. no problem. The person in factory A cannot talk to the person in factory B. Person A's voice is heard on the other side but the other person's voice is not heard. We use Sophos as a firewall. Are there any settings we need to do for this. I am waiting for your ideas on this. what should I do. We got a 444 number. When we call the mobile phone, we get such a ridiculous name.

You have a firewall problem blocking your audio. You need to deploy in cloud with SBC. If you dont have a partner consider one.
