Firewall Check 3cx fails

Hello
I use Kerio and I opened ports as said in this instruction Configuring a Kerio Control Appliance with 3CX
I can connect to 3cx ports 5001,5090,5060 via telnet from the internet, it means ports are really open.
I check ports with Network Port Checker & Scanner Tool, all ports are open.
But Firewall check fails
detecting SIP ALG... failed
testing port 5060... not reachable
testing port 5090... not reachable

I don't see any "Binding response" when I take capture network interface and open it in Wireshark, only "Binding request"
