Firewall check fail with fortigate

i disabled SIP ALG and NAT port but Firewall check is fail.
How resolve this problem?

Firstly confirm you have setup full cone NAT/Full feature NAT 1 to 1 NAT mapping (called various things based on the firewall brand).

It looks to me like your mapping is not configured correctly.
