Firewall Check fails only on one port every time

Hello!

I just installed 3CX on a server and i'm trying to get it up and running but the issue im running into is the firewall. When it conducts its checks, everything will pass.. except one port. Port 10804. Always fails "full cone test failed".

I've got port forwarding setup in my router for that specific port. I'm using a Ubiquity USG. Like i said, every single other port and item passes. except JUST that one port and i'm not sure what it could be. Any suggestions?

Full Cone test failed usually implies that there is no one-to-one rule for the specific port. If you want to verify this and seek help from your Firewall vendor, you can see how you can manually check this here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/firewall-checker/
