Firewall check fails

Good morning,

I'm in the process of setting up 3CX in a Virtual Machine on my network and am having trouble with the firewall check failing every time it's run.

I'm currently running pfSense as my edge router, and have forwarded the correct ports to my VM's IP address, as well as changed the NAT outbound method to manual, created a new rule and moved said rule to the top. The firewall check fails each time after setting these. I don't know if having HAProxy installed on my pfSense router is causing these issues, because I'm only using it for my self-hosted websites and not for 3CX.

When running the firewall check, the SIP ALG detection fails, port 5060 is not reachable, port 5090 is not reachable, and ports 9000 to 10999 are not reachable. Attached are screenshots of my firewall configurations.

I have not attempted a re-install, but am thinking that might help resolve at least some of the issues.
