Solved Firewall checker fails on ports 9000 - 9398

Hi

We have 3cx running on Azure using the 3cx template, it is running the latest version of 3cx

it works Ok apart from the push notification not working on a mobile phones

But it fails the firewall check as per attachment,

Any ideas.

we need more infos to help you, you only show some ports fails but ALL others works ?

Sorry, yes all other ports are OK

Have you checked the firewall rules in Azure? Which mobile devices are not receiving push?

Yuo were righ! I forgot to allow the ports, I assumed the Template set everything.
I am all green now!
