every time i use the firewall checker it fails at phase 2a checking udp sip port 5060 but my phones connect and place calls fine. the problem i am having is no audio through remote sip phones. but unlike my other problems in the past. my server is now working much better works 100% on internal network after i got an extra 1GB of ram.

You don't say what make/model router you are using , or any additional firewall. You are sure that you have all of the necessary ports forwarded? What type of calls are "fine", external? Through a gateway of VoIP provider?

Which end has no audio? Are you using STUN on the remote extensions?
