Hi

We are running a hosted 3xc service (hosted by a thrid party). We have a locked down notwork, ie heavily restricted outgoing ports going to the interent, no incoming ports at all. What outgoig ports and protocols need opened to allow 3xc client app (on iphone, android and possible dektop cleint), to make and recieve calls and messaged from out 3cx system?

Currently only list are:
433 (TCP)
5060, 5090 (TCP and UDP)

Is that all that is needed?

Thanks

The required port sharing may be different in some networks and scenarios. We couldn't find a current and complete list on the web at the moment, so we worked through everything ourselves. You can find all information at 3CX Ports and scenarios I hope that help you and other people.

The ports needed for the pbx are always the same. Only the https port could be different. See my link above.
