Firewall Fails

Hello I have followed everything I have found to configure my 3cx server with my firewall
When I run the firewall checker I get testing port 9308... full cone test failed (How to resolve?)

I am using a UNFI gateway and these are the ports that I have forward
5001
5060
5061
5090
9000-10999

and I can not get it to pass the firewall checker.

I am getting bad audio on my remote extensions like the ios app

Any help would be great

I would guess that the SIP ALG is enabled on the USG.
On the unifi controller, go to routing and firewall, firewall, settings and make sure the CONNTRACK MODULE - SIP is disabled. I attached a screen shot of where to go as well.
