Firewall issues.

I am having issues with adding Facebook and SMS text to 3cx every time I click on test it says communication with PBX timed out. I have ports 443 and 5001 forwarded. And still can't complete the test I am using two routers a udm pro and a PF sense firewall.

Cause I love PFSense and I can't take out my udmpro untill I get a cloud key. Plus I have no issues with VoIP. I got firewall test to pass by configuring static ports via NAT on PFSense. So firewall tests now pass. But Facebook and SMS test still Fail.

For the ports? I don't know witch ports Facebook and sms use. Also When I click the link for the URL in the SMS I get bad request. So there is an issue there.

The firewall should have anything in the logs. So check what happens when you try to connect. Doesnt matter which ports are used, logging should show something anyway.

Ok thanks sorry. New to 3CX. I will check Firewall logs on PFSense later today when I am off work.

You could try sticking your 3CX in a DMZ on your PFSense for testing to see if this alleviates the problem.
