We have a hosted system that we are using as our test bed before rolling out a hosted solution to our customers rather than having on site servers.
We seem to be getting weird behavior with the DND function, sometimes it will activate when requested and other times it fails (this might be because we are using Yealink phones with a 2nd account which is unsupported by 3CX).
Browsing the firewall logs for the hosted server I see that there are lots of blocked ICMP connections from the public IP of the local router serving the phones, would this be causing problems?
