Firewall test fail

Hi,

Even if we have opened all the door like's 3cx request, the test always fail

I attach 2 screenshot.
I've tryied to do a call and there isn't problem, voice quality is good. Also making a conference...but firewall check is always red!

Where's the problem?

Hi there. It seems that the second test of the firewall is not passing.
