firewall test failed

Hi, i'm installing 3cx for the first time so probably i'm doing something wrong.
what ever i try the firewall test is failing (port 5060/5090 etc are not accessible)
i'm running 3cx on a Windows 2012 r2 vps, even when i disable in windows the firewall test is failing.
no routers or whatsever just a plain vps win win 2012 r2
any ideas?

You have it hosted somewhere? You will need to check the Firewall ACL for your VPS.

In AWS, you need to create security groups to allow traffic on the ports you want.

In VMware, you need to configure your edge gateway firewall.

It sounds like there is a firewall device somewhere upstream of your PBX that is blocking things.
