Firewall test failing...

Hi, Please can you assist, not sure what I'm doing wrong on my Tenda AC200

It should be a one-to-one nat / port forwarding

Wan port 5060 to Lan IP 5060 (UDP)
Wan port 5090 to Lan IP 5090 (TCP & UDP)
Wan port range 9000-10999 to Lan IP 9000-10999 (UDP)

Your 5001 is OK but only need to be TCP.

HI, Thank you so much for your reply When I try to put in a range 9000-10999, it wont let me put in more than 5 digits. Please see below if i understood you correctly.

I don't know the Tenda AC200.
Normally you would be able to open a Range of ports on your firewall.
(and for the 5001 please change to TCP only)

Here you will find info in regard to Firewall Configuration, and at the bottom of the document, there are links to several "Step by Step guides", perhaps one of these will help you in the right direction for your Firewall configuration, or you might Google search for your Firewall name + 3CX and see what you get
