Hi, I keep seeing this error in the firewall check.

resolving 'sip-alg-detector.3cx.com'... done
testing 3CX SIP Server... failed (How to resolve?)
stopping service... done
detecting SIP ALG... not detected
testing port 5060... Mapping does not match 5060. Mapping is 1024. (How to resolve?)
starting service... done
testing 3CX Tunneling Proxy... done

After updating v15.5 to v16 but the phone's sip calls work fine so can I ignore it or should I fix it? If so any idea how to debug I have had a look through the firewall guide but nothing jumps out.

I should say all the other tests are green and I have set up all the ports TCP or TCP/UDP where required.

do you have a nat rule for 5060 ? strange 5060 to be remapped to 1024 if rule exist.
Are you really sure ALG is not always playing ?

is 5060 the only port remapped ?

Port 1024 may be a billion thing I don't know. Previously my port 5060 was only mapped for TCP and I edited it to be TCP/UDP, so I may try removing and recreating that rule. With ALG, SIP is disabled in the router also H.323 and IPSec.

Just FYI it's running on a Win10 pro instance, and I tried disabling the windows firewall (only software one in use) but no change.

Also just tried recreating that rule but no joy

This is not the problem

you didn't answer if 5060 is the only port remapped when firewall checker is done?

or send a contact to billion from their wesite to ask for that problem

Sorry yes, that's the only port remapped. Yes, that's the router and thanks for the links I will take a look and try contacting billion directly as well.

Thanks

did you nat rule 5060 in one to one section in router?

not sure if this helps but it is googels first result
