Firewall Test won't pass for ports about 9000.

I am setting up PF sense for the first time. I have 3cx PBX but I can't get it to Pass the firewall test with all the ports about 9000. according to documentation, I can stop the SIP ALG. but I am not sure if the firewall test will just never pass or I am missing something.

I have gone over the Nat rules and cleared the state table.
