Firmware auto-download

Hi all,

I just noticed that after my 3CX checked for updates and emailed me about the availability of SP1 (beta), it went ahead and downloaded the newest firmware for our phones. It does not look like it downloaded any new templates or anything else and it did not deploy the new firmware.

Is this to be expected of v15.5, as I do not have auto-updates enabled? Is this new "feature" limited to just the firmware, or can I expect "surprise" templates now?

confirmed new v81.0.110 Yealink firmware was "auto" downloaded. Support could you confirm behavior.

On our clients, firmware was download but need to push it manually to the phones

If new templates, you need to manually download them, via updates tab
