Firmware location

Hi,
I am running professional 3CX linux distro v16.0.6
We have Aastra phones and I am trying to get the latest firmware on them. When I was running Elastix, I would just copy 57i.st to the /tftboot folder and reboot the phone.

In 3CX, I have tried copying the firmware *.st files to /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Interface/provisioning/<instance>/firmware
and
/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Interface/provisioning/<instance>/firmware_new
folders, but when I go to the phones in the web gui, select an extension and click on the firmware button, it doesn't show any available versions
Where do these files need to go?

Have you followed the setup instructions for the supported Astra phones , as the downloaded file includes the 3cx supported firmware

Being legacy phones, this is the way to update the firmware thru 3cx.

I have followed the instructions. Download the firmware file and place the contents in
/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Interface/provisioning/<instance>/

the contents have /firmware/aastra/firmware/*.st
and /firmware/aastra/logo/*.jpg

I have put the newer firmware (3.3.1.4358) in this location and it doesn't show in the webgui
it just says whatever the installed firmware is, is up to date. nothing listed under Available Versions.
Should I just reboot the phones and see if it updates?

Being legacy phones and having limited functions. / support the webgui firmware icon does not work

What version of firmware are the phones running, and does it match the supported version in the url.

The firmware is updated, using dhcp option 66 as per info in the url, this will be picked up next time the phones reboots

I am trying to install the latest 3.3.1.4358

some phones have 3.2.2.2112 and some have 3.3.1.4305
I am having issues with reception phone (with multiple sidecars) are spontaneously rebooting.
I managed to get 1 to upgrade to the new version, think I used FTP to manually put it on the phone. and the rebooting stopped. So I am trying to get the other phones to upgrade
