We are using Fanvil X210 phones. As you can see on the picture below, the main display and the displays for the DDS keys are all in blue.

After updating the firmware to the latest version from 3CX the main screen changes to a grey / silver colour but the DDS screens are still blue.

Does anyone know if there is a way to change this?

Thanks,

Are you using default templates?

I'm pretty sure the vanilla firmware (at the moment) has the grey interface on the main screen so it's possible that this is a choice by Fanvill (I don't have a vanilla handset to hand though)

I could be wrong however the only thing (I beleive) UI wise that's currently set by 3CX on the default templates is the background wallpaper for the main display with the boot screen being baked into the firmware. It's possible that the 3CX firmware I initially put on changed it to grey and it migrated over however my desk phone at home currently isn't on 3CX firmware and it also has the Grey Main UI.

Either way the UI colours are a handset specific and can be changed though the phones web configuration. I know you can set the the font colours and wallpapers (both phone and dss) but I don't know about the UI colours themselves.

Just used the firmware that 3CX provides. I haven't been able to see anywhere in the phone web config pages to change that.

The phone initially came with firmware version 2.xxx and the main screen was blue, but 3cx's latest firmware is 1.12.9 and as 3cx showed that the phone wasn't supported, I downgraded it to 3cx's latest version.

Where can you change the font colours?

3CX seems to use different version numbers to Fanvill (from what I can see). 1.0.5 seems to be identical to 2.0.5 (from what I can see) I can only guess they change some of the graphics in the Firmware and these are somehow "remembered" when upgrading to an official firmware. There's no setting I have found to alter these.

For UI Colours
Phone Settings > Advanced > UI Colour (Or that's where it is on the X4U)

System > Upgrade handles the background/sub screen Graphics although there's not a lot of documentation on this.

Thanks, Will look into it.
