First time PBX users calls not passing though IVR

First time using 3cx and it's really impressive it's really for hobby use my use case scenario but I put a IVR on my incoming calls from the trunk and now when I answer the calls on the android 3cx phone app I get the below Put on hold, no amount of messing around with it let's me take the call off hold

Any idear where I went wrong?

Could you share your IVR options? If you sent a call from the trunk directly to your extensions - no other change - does it work normally?

All the options just go to me in all honesty which might be the issue i don't know it's the make it seem like the little website I am launching is bigger than it is.
Yes before the IVR if I answered the call it would go through and answer correctly
