Solved First Yealink T54W woth SBC not provisionning

I'm trying to provision the first phone of the installation (Yealink T54W ; firmware : 96.86.0.74) so this phone will be the SBC .
Unfortunatly the phone does not provision and after booting I get the message "Update skipped!"

I've double checked the MAC of the phone and everything is correct.
I've tried to remove the phone from the configuration ; and factory reset the phosne ; and create again the phone in 3CX ... but I still get the same message and the phone is not provisionned.

Did you add it from the Webclient admin page, as a Router phone?

It's important to factory reset after it has been added successfully, not before.

Try factory resetting the phone after adding it to the extension, then check if the config is pulled once the phone starts. If it fails, then you need to check on the network that the phone is on that the following requirements are met:

A. A good DNS server has been assigned to the phone that can resolve the FQDN for the Yealink RPS
B. The time server pool.ntp.org can be resolved by the DNS server and the response can be received back to the phone using port UDP 123.
